Steve Poizner Endorses Abrahms for Regional Vice Chair

Today, Los Angeles Regional CRP Vice-Chair candidate Adam Abrahms proudly announced the endorsement of conservative leader and former California State Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner.

When asked about the endorsement, Poizner had this to say, “Adam embodies the kind of principled leadership, energy and enthusiasm our Party needs. He has proven time and again that he is not afraid to stand-up for what he believes and, at this watershed moment, I can think of no better advocate to represent Los Angeles and the Republican Party than Adam Abrahms.”

A highly accomplished entrepreneur, Steve Poizner became one of only two Republicans elected statewide in 2006, when he defeated Lt. Governor Cruz Bustamante for the office of Insurance Commissioner. Poizner served as a White House Fellow to the National Security Council during the 9/11 attacks and was elected as a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations after being nominated by former U.S. Secretary of State George Shultz.

“I am humbled and grateful for the support and trust, Steve has placed in me,” said Abrahms, “and am honored to have his endorsement.”

Steve Poiznder’s endorsement is the most recent in a growing list of Republican leaders supporting Abrahms. To view a partial list click here.
